[Remote] Senior Fullstack Engineer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CSC Generation is an AI-native holding company re-engineering omnichannel retail through its Genesis operating platform, which combines data, automation, proprietary tools, and shared services. The Senior Fullstack Engineer will build scalable web applications, integrate AI-driven development tools, optimize customer experiences, and collaborate across product, design, and engineering while providing technical leadership and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop well-designed, testable, and scalable web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern frameworks
• Explore and integrate AI tools to streamline development and improve user engagement
• Deliver new features and optimize existing experiences at speed and scale within an agile workflow
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior engineers
• Write and maintain unit tests and automated test suites to ensure code quality and reliability
• Partner closely with product, design, and back-end engineering to ship cohesive end-to-end features
• Stay current with the latest trends in front-end engineering, design patterns, and AI-driven development

Skills

• 5+ years building complex, high-performing web applications
• Deep expertise in React and JavaScript ES6/TypeScript
• Solid understanding of web performance, accessibility, and security best practices
• Proven track record of writing clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
• UX/UI design sensibilities and experience collaborating closely with design teams
• Functional programming experience
• Hands-on exposure to AI development tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar
