[Remote] Senior GTM Intelligence Analyst

ECI Software Solutions is hiring a Senior GTM Intelligence Analyst to build and scale the business intelligence layer behind its go-to-market strategy. The role connects data across commercial functions, delivers executive insights and diagnostic analysis, supports trusted data foundations, and evaluates AI-powered analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Build the business intelligence layer. Partner with GTM Operations, Finance, and Data teams to define, document, and improve the metrics that run the business from pipeline, conversion, attainment, and forecast accuracy to retention, NRR, customer health, and expansion. Contribute to a consistent, trusted language for commercial performance across business units
• Deliver executive insights. Produce the analysis that leaders rely on to understand commercial performance, diagnose issues, evaluate opportunities, and prioritize investments. Connect the dots across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance to tell one coherent business story
• Drive diagnostic analytics. Go beyond reporting to uncover root causes, quantify business impact, and recommend actions. You'll spend as much time investigating why performance changed as you will measuring what changed
• Partner on the data foundation. Work closely with Data Engineering and GTM operations teams to ensure Salesforce, product usage, support, marketing, billing, and financial data are modeled for trusted, scalable analysis and self-service
• Advance AI-powered intelligence. Evaluate emerging AI-enabled analytics capabilities and help identify practical use cases for the GTM Intelligence function. Your goal is simple: help leaders spend less time searching for answers and more time acting on them

Skills

• 4+ years in GTM, Revenue, Customer Success, or Business Analytics within a B2B SaaS organization
• Expert SQL skills
• Hands-on experience with modern BI platforms such as Tableau, Sigma, Power BI, or similar
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model
• Experience integrating multiple operational data sources into meaningful business insights
• Passionate about metric governance and data quality
• Naturally curious and energized by solving ambiguous business problems
• Able to translate complex analysis into clear recommendations that executives can quickly understand and act on
• Excited by the emergence of AI-native analytics platforms and eager to rethink how business intelligence is delivered
