[Remote] Senior Manager, Strategic Finance

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Life360 is hiring a Senior Manager, Strategic Finance to lead planning and forecasting for its global subscription services and advertising businesses. The role partners with business leaders on financial modeling, reporting, process improvements, and strategic decision-making, while mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual planning and long-range planning processes for the Life360 global subscription services and advertising businesses
• Interface with leaders to develop monthly forecasts, understand variances, identify risks and opportunities to the forecast, and ensure spending in accordance with budgets
• Build and develop deep business partner relationships to drive successful outcomes and alignment with strategic objectives
• Support leadership and business partners with strategic financial modeling and assessments, and frameworks to improve decision-making. Partner closely with the broader finance and accounting teams, including month-end close, preparation of financial and executive leadership reporting, and Board communications
• Drive forecasting and budgeting process improvements that result in increased forecast accuracy, scalability, and operational efficiencies
• Develop new processes and tools, and evaluate and improve existing ones to drive rapid, scalable analytics and insights to the business
• Mentor junior staff to become strategic business partners
• May telecommute

Skills

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, accounting, finance, or related field and 84 months of progressive experience in the job offered or a strategic finance related occupation
