[Remote] Senior Media Operations Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Advantage HQ is building scalable systems and operating standards for its Media Buying organization. The Senior Media Operations Manager will lead multiple media teams and managers, improve operational performance and quality, and oversee capacity planning and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• You will identify what is preventing the media organization from operating more efficiently and build systems to address those constraints
• This includes processes for account management, campaign execution, quality control, reporting, escalation, training, and performance management
• You will manage multiple teams through their respective leaders and establish clear expectations for performance, quality, and leadership
• You will develop Managers and Team Leads rather than becoming the escalation point for every operational issue
• You will define the metrics and operating mechanisms used to understand whether teams are performing effectively
• You will identify trends across accounts and teams and turn those insights into organizational improvements
• You will work with leadership to understand client growth, team capacity, hiring requirements, and resource allocation
• You will help the organization anticipate capacity constraints rather than reacting after teams become overloaded
• You will identify opportunities to use technology, AI, automation, and better processes to improve productivity and reduce unnecessary operational work
• You will establish a culture where teams continuously improve how they operate

Skills

• 8+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, growth, or a related field
• Extensive e-commerce experience
• 3+ years managing media teams, managers, or multiple team leads
• Experience building scalable operating systems and processes
• Experience with capacity planning, workforce planning, and resource allocation
• Strong understanding of media performance and client delivery
• Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills
• Experience in a high-growth agency, performance marketing, or similar environment
• Experience with automation, AI, analytics, or operational technology is valuable
