[Remote] Senior Product Designer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Custom Ink is hiring a Senior Product Designer to shape customer experiences across its digital ecosystem. The role leads UX design from ideation through launch, develops the design system, and uses research, testing, and data to create intuitive, user-centered experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX design efforts from ideation through launch, collaborating with product managers and engineers
• Design and refine user journeys by translating research insights into intuitive, engaging experiences
• Develop and enhance our Design System, ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency across products
• Advocate for systematic designing, teaching best practices and fostering alignment with engineers and designers
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to drive evidence-based design decisions
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, usability testing, and business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on consumer-facing digital products
• Strong background in interaction design, visual design, and information architecture
• Experience with Design Systems, including scaling and maintaining component libraries
• Advanced Mastery in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent tools)
• Strong ability to communicate complex interactive concepts to cross-functional teams
• Portfolio showcasing user-centered, visually compelling designs and design rationale
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development best practices
