[Remote] Senior Product Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Kforce is recruiting a Senior Product Manager for a client. The role leads customer authentication, identity, and risk/trust products, including a centralized platform, and drives product strategy and execution in partnership with engineering and internal product teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and help evolve customer authentication and identity-related product experiences
• Help expand a centralized risk and trust platform designed to support multiple products and customer journeys
• Support the development of federated sign-in and authentication capabilities
• Drive product strategy and execution from discovery through delivery
• Develop and manage product roadmaps, epics, user stories, requirements, and priorities
• Partner closely with engineering and other technical stakeholders to translate business and customer needs into scalable platform capabilities
• Work with internal product teams that will consume and integrate with the platform
• Balance the needs of internal platform consumers with the experience of the end customer
• Identify opportunities to reduce unnecessary customer friction while maintaining appropriate security and risk controls
• Help shape how platform product management operates within an organization that is continuing to mature its platform model

Skills

• Strong experience in Product Management
• Experience owning technical or platform-based products
• Experience working on customer-facing or end-user products
• Comfortable discussing technical concepts and partnering directly with software engineering teams
• Strong experience taking products through discovery, strategy, prioritization, requirements, and execution
• Ability to operate in an evolving environment and help bring structure to complex product initiatives
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Ideally at the Senior Product Manager level
