[Remote] Senior Product Manager - East Coast Remote

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Proximie is developing operating room intelligence solutions that use data, AI, and analytics to improve surgical performance and operational efficiency. The Senior Product Manager will lead the roadmap and delivery of data-driven features, working with customers and global technical and clinical teams to optimize operating room utilization, care quality, and revenue cycle performance.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the operating room intelligence product roadmap based on customer needs and strategic goals
• Lead product discovery and delivery for analytics, platform, and AI features, including computer vision and natural language processing
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and clinical teams to build scalable, interoperable solutions
• Partner with sales and customer success to identify high-impact use cases in surgical operations
• Integrate with EHR systems using HL7 and FHIR standards to enrich data and support clinical workflows
• Use data and metrics to identify opportunities and drive measurable improvements in customer outcomes
• Maintain continuous customer feedback loops to ensure product-market fit and real impact
• Champion a customer-obsessed mindset across product and engineering

Skills

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in healthtech, analytics, or AI/ML
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with EHR data models and healthcare data exchange standards (HL7, FHIR)
• Experience integrating analytics and AI into customer workflows and EHR systems
• Experience with healthcare AI use cases such as NLP and computer vision
• Understanding of healthcare operations and performance metrics, such as OR utilization, revenue cycle, and care quality
• Experience launching early-stage or 0-to-1 products
• Experience with LLMs and chat interfaces
