[Remote] Senior Product Manager I, Expert Apply

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. BOLD is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and growth of ExpertApply, its AI-powered job search automation product. The role leads roadmap development, mobile-first funnel improvements, experimentation, and customer-focused product innovation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a high-impact product roadmap for ExpertApply, partnering with leadership, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Analytics to achieve core business goals
• Champion a mobile-first strategy to optimize the application funnel, drive adoption and retention, and ultimately spearhead the launch of our dedicated mobile app
• Design, run, and interpret rigorous A/B tests across the product and marketing channels—including collaborating with Email Marketing to leverage job alerts for user retention
• Continuously push the product forward by synthesizing market trends, competitive analysis, quantitative metrics, and qualitative user research into actionable features

Skills

• 6-10 years of consumer-facing Product Management experience
• Exceptional attention to detail with the proven ability to seamlessly manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities
• Deep expertise in A/B test design, quantitative metric analysis, and translating complex data sets into clear, actionable business strategies
• A solid understanding of modern technology stacks, allowing you to accurately gauge the level of effort and partner effectively with engineering teams
• A history of cross-functional team building, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a globally distributed, remote work environment
• Experience in B2C subscriptions, Job Boards, or AI-driven products
