The role coordinates stakeholders and manages complex digital asset management and change management projects, including planning, facilitation, governance, and executive reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of digital asset management and governance initiatives
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and dependencies
- Coordinate activities across multiple teams, including marketing and technology
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive decision-making and issue resolution
- Ensure stakeholder alignment on program objectives and responsibilities
Skills
- 5 years of project or program management experience
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional business and technology initiatives
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with governance frameworks and executive reporting
- Ability to document business processes and workflows
