Skills
- 3+ years of agency project and/or account management experience in high-volume, fast-turnaround environments
- Proven ability to independently lead client meetings and serve as the trusted face of projects
- Proficiency with Asana, Slack, Notion, Google Suite, Jira, and navigating Figma for status updates and comments
- Skilled in interpreting scopes of work and developing actionable operational plans
- Fluency with AI tools to enhance productivity and workload management
- Demonstrated high autonomy, resourcefulness, problem-solving abilities, and proactive follow-through
- Strong communication skills to articulate project health, risks, and next steps clearly and confidently
