Humana is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead complex healthcare, technical, and pharmacy initiatives from planning through execution. The role manages project plans, cross-functional teams, risks, stakeholder alignment, budgets, and executive reporting to deliver strategic programs on time and within scope.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans and governance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors
- Manage risks, dependencies, issues and escalation
- Track financials, milestones and outcomes
- Provide executive reporting and communication
Skills
- 5+ years technical project management experience
- Healthcare, Medicare or pharmacy experience
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- PMP
- Strong leadership skills
