Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Hays is recruiting for an unnamed national engineering consultancy. The Senior MEP Project Manager will manage end-to-end MEP design projects for airport lounges and luxury retail, coordinate with clients and engineering teams, and oversee multiple concurrent projects.
Responsibilities
- Sit within a Luxury Retail group comprising over 100+ employees, supporting Airport Lounge and or Luxury Retail MEP design projects from end-to-end
- Liaise with external clients and internal engineering teams
- No hands-on production work - discipline leads will oversee the technical delivery as well
- Manage a handful of concurrent projects
- Potentially up to 20% travel for Airport Lounge related projects
Skills
- 10-15+ relevant MEP professional experience to ensure you have the technical expertise required to perform in the role
- Prior client, project & team leadership experience gained within the MEP field
- Ideally Airport / Aviation / Luxury professional experience
