[Remote] Senior React Native Engineer REQ_92

The Senior React Native Engineer will build high-quality mobile and web applications, collaborate with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams, and independently drive delivery from concept through deployment. The role also involves agile participation, mentoring, requirements gathering, and contributing to AI-assisted development practices.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate effective communication with client project stakeholders regarding project status and recommendations
• Craft client code that is not just efficient but also performant, testable, scalable, secure, and of the highest quality
• Actively participate in accurate planning and estimation efforts, utilizing project methods and tools
• Proficiently gather requirements and organize/present developed features for clients
• Execute complex activities within the current methodology and quality standards, showcasing success across diverse engagements
• Promote client success across the team by collaborating with engineers, designers, and managers to understand user pain points, anticipate potential problems, and iterate on solutions that drive client success
• Engage in agile software development, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, team retrospectives, and other governance activities
• Actively participate in the Engineering Practice community, mentoring others through Communities of Practice (CoPs) or on project teams and supporting the growth of technical capabilities
• Independently drive project delivery within defined architecture, demonstrating autonomy and accountability in all stages from conceptualization to deployment

Skills

• • A minimum of 5+ years of experience/expertise in the following areas specified below\•:
• • Experience in Agile software development methodologies
• • Expertise in applying Object-Oriented Programming principles (abstraction, encapsulation)
• • React Native and Expo at depth
• • TypeScript
• • React for the web surfaces (Vite, Apollo client)
• • Offline-first patterns: local persistence, sync queues, conflict handling
• • Native module and platform-bridge familiarity
• • Experience in Agile software development methodologies
• • From an AI perspective, We are looking for more than developers who have simply used Claude. Ideally, someone who has practical experience building or working with AI-driven frameworks, understand how to evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs, and can effectively shape and evolve the underlying framework as the project matures. We n eed engineers who understand both the opportunities and limitations of AI-assisted development is especially important
