[Remote] Senior Recruiter - Contract (US or Argentina)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Worldwide Clinical Trials is hiring a Senior Recruiter to manage recruitment from sourcing through appointment and deliver a high-quality candidate experience. The role partners with hiring managers and HR Business Partners, builds candidate pipelines, improves recruitment processes using data, and coaches junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting programs and manage vacancies through sourcing, screening, selection, and appointment
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and translate hiring needs into clear requisitions
• Develop sourcing strategies, select appropriate recruiting channels, and build networks and pipelines of qualified candidates
• Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience while representing Worldwide effectively to candidates and external partners
• Evaluate candidates, document interview and selection activity, and support hiring managers and HR Business Partners with compensation packages and offers as needed
• Manage relationships with third-party recruiters, ensuring a clear understanding of hiring needs and strong service delivery
• Maintain accurate recruitment systems, coordinate employment background checks, and support compliance with applicable legal requirements
• Analyze recruitment data and contribute to projects designed to improve recruitment processes and outcomes
• Coach junior team members and share recruitment expertise across the team

Skills

• Degree or equivalent qualification, plus at least 4 years of related experience
• Experience recruiting Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in English
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and accuracy
• Strong ability to represent Worldwide as an employer and engage effectively with prospective candidates
• Confidence driving the recruitment process and working assertively with hiring managers when required
• Candidates must reside in the United States or Argentina
• Experience working in a Clinical Operations environment is a distinct advantage
• Previous recruitment experience is a distinct advantage
