[Remote] Senior Sales Representative (Compounding Pharmacy)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Drug Crafters Pharmacy is hiring a Senior Sales Representative to build and grow provider relationships in HRT, peptides, weight management, and wellness. The role focuses on acquiring new accounts, expanding existing business, and partnering with pharmacy, clinical, and operations teams to support providers.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and close new physician, clinic, med spa, and telehealth accounts focused on HRT, peptides, and wellness therapies
• Own and grow a portfolio of provider relationships with a long-term mindset
• Drive account expansion through additional therapies, protocol adoption, and increased utilization
• Build a durable book of business with recurring, scalable revenue
• Partner closely with pharmacy, clinical, and operations teams to deliver an exceptional provider experience

Skills

• Proven sales experience in one or more of the following: HRT, peptides, weight management, hormone clinics, med spas, or customized wellness solutions
• Track record of acquiring new accounts and growing existing ones
• Experience managing a multi-million-dollar book of business
• Strong understanding of selling into physicians, NPs, clinics, or wellness providers
• 5–10+ years of consultative healthcare or wellness sales experience preferred
• Compounding pharmacy experience is a plus but not required if you know the space
