Responsibilities
- Lead the full post-sales transition, including warehouse setup, credit app coordination, and customs requirements
- Collaborate with Sales during the early stages to align expectations and shape a smooth first experience—paving the way for long-term success, expansion opportunities, and increased share of wallet
- Respond to all client inquiries within 1 hour, keeping communication proactive, empathetic and transparent. Communication is always positive and solution oriented while clearly and confidently setting client expectations
- Build strong, ongoing relationships and trust through consistent weekly client touchpoints (email, text, calls, meetings)

- Flag and escalate any data fidelity issues that impact reporting, client visibility, or insight accuracy to ensure analytics and insights remain accurate and live
- Drive client adoption of the Silq App—encouraging clients to use the app for quoting, approvals, shipment timelines, and updates instead of email
- Conduct quarterly business reviews using insights from Silq’s data tools
- Analyze margin, performance, and volume trends; identify growth opportunities
- Support upselling of Silq services (Inspections, Insurance, Consoles, Linehaul, etc)
