The Senior Software Engineer creates challenging coding problems, evaluates AI-generated code, develops reference implementations and tests, and explains technical decisions and model shortcomings.
Responsibilities
- Create challenging coding problems based on real software engineering work
- Review AI-generated code for correctness and software design
- Develop the reference implementation and test suite that demonstrate the expected result
- Explain technical decisions and where the model fell short in clear written English
Skills
- At least one year of software engineering work at a top technology company, with some of that experience gained in the past seven years
- Hands-on experience in areas such as system design, software architecture, debugging, algorithms or data structures
- Strong English writing skills for clearly explaining technical decisions
