Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. KellyOCG is seeking senior recruiters to support U.S. hiring across semiconductor, engineering, technology, manufacturing, and select corporate roles. The role leads full-cycle recruiting, builds targeted talent pipelines, and partners with hiring leaders to support hiring needs and provide a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead recruiting intake and develop sourcing strategies aligned with role requirements and business priorities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and accepted-offer follow-through
- Build and engage candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, SmartRecruiters, Boolean search, referrals, and other approved channels
- Proactively source passive talent for technical, engineering, manufacturing, and related positions
- Advise hiring leaders on pipeline health, candidate feedback, market conditions, and recruiting risks
- Maintain accurate candidate, source, disposition, notes, and requisition data in SmartRecruiters
- Provide timely communication and a positive experience for candidates and stakeholders
- For the early-career-focused opportunity, source interns, co-ops, and new graduates; support recruiting events and follow up with event-generated candidates
Skills
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting technical, engineering, manufacturing, technology, product, or related roles
- Strong sourcing skills, including passive-candidate outreach and Boolean search
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and SmartRecruiters
- Strong hiring-manager partnership, communication, organization, and prioritization skills
- Ability to manage multiple searches and maintain accurate recruiting records
- Semiconductor recruiting experience, especially for engineering or other technical roles
- Experience recruiting for NAND, SSD, firmware, ASIC, device, design, product, process, validation, or manufacturing engineering
- Experience with talent mapping or recruiting analytics

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
