[Remote] Service Delivery Center, Workflow Platform Frontend Engineer - Senior

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. EY is a global professional services organization providing assurance, consulting, tax, strategy and transaction services. EY is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to build enterprise-scale workflow, case management, automation and AI-powered user experiences, while integrating interfaces with workflow engines, APIs, analytics solutions and AI services.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-grade workflow and automation applications
• Build task management interfaces, case management applications, workflow portals and administration consoles
• Create reusable UI frameworks, components and design systems
• Develop dashboards, reporting interfaces, monitoring capabilities and workflow analytics experiences
• Build intuitive experiences for workflow execution, approvals, escalations, notifications and exception handling
• Develop self-service onboarding and operational management capabilities
• Integrate user interfaces with workflow engines, APIs, analytics solutions and AI services
• Support multi-tenant and role-based access capabilities
• Follow modern frontend engineering practices
• Collaborate with architects, UX designers, backend engineers and product teams
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, security and performance best practices
• Contribute to automated testing and CI/CD pipelines

Skills

• * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent experience
• * 5+ years of frontend engineering experience
• * 2+ years of workflow, automation, BPM, low-code or enterprise platform experience
• Experience with at least one modern frontend framework:
