[Remote] ServiceNow API Consultant (Remote)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Kforce is recruiting for an unnamed client seeking a ServiceNow API Consultant to support enterprise integration initiatives. The consultant will develop and support ServiceNow integrations and automation, troubleshoot technical issues, and work with stakeholders on requirements, testing, deployment, and technical guidance.

Responsibilities

• ServiceNow API Consultant will develop and support REST/SOAP integrations with ServiceNow
• Build and maintain workflows, scripts, and automation solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define integration requirements and data mappings
• As a ServiceNow API Consultant, you will troubleshoot networking, firewall, authentication, and access-related issues
• Support testing, deployment, documentation, and knowledge transfer
• Participate in client-facing discussions and provide technical guidance

Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development and integration experience
• Strong experience with ServiceNow APIs, JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, and Business Rules
• Hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, JSON, and web services
• Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and enterprise integrations
• Solid understanding of networking, firewalls, authentication, and access controls
• Excellent communication and consulting skills
• ServiceNow CSA certification
• Experience with IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and MID Server
• Previous consulting or customer-facing project experience
• Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, Discovery, or Asset Management modules
