Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. NexZenTek Solutions Inc is seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager to lead implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and transformation programs. The role manages project delivery and governance while coordinating stakeholders and technical teams through deployment and transition to support.
Responsibilities
- Lead End-to-End ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and transformation programs
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical architects, developers, and implementation teams
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release management
- Manage stakeholder communications, project governance, RAID logs, and executive reporting
- Ensure ServiceNow implementation follows platform best practices and organizational standards
- Oversee UAT, production deployment, hypercare, and transition to support
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and AI adoption
Skills
- 8–12+ years in IT, including 4+ years managing ServiceNow projects
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow ITSM, ITIL, Agile/Scrum, Jira, Azure DevOps, stakeholder management, project governance, and vendor management
- PMP, Scrum Master, ITIL 4 certification, experience with ServiceNow ITOM/CSM/HRSD
