Hallmark Global Solutions Ltd is seeking a Siemens Polarion Lead Product Analyst to support MedTech R&D initiatives in requirements management, risk management, and end-to-end product traceability. The role works with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions and support compliance in regulated product development.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document product requirements
- Translate business needs into:
- User Stories
- Functional & System Requirements
- Acceptance Criteria
- Process Flows
- Solution Designs
- Lead and support Siemens Polarion implementation and enhancement activities for requirements and risk management
- Maintain complete traceability across:
- Requirements
- Risks and Controls
- Mitigations
- Verification & Validation Activities
- Compliance Evidence
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and discussions to clarify requirements and drive solution alignment
- Manage product backlogs, delivery priorities, dependencies, scope, risks, and issue resolution
- Support Agile delivery teams throughout project execution
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance compliance, traceability, and delivery efficiency
- Develop documentation, training materials, and provide knowledge transfer to internal stakeholders
Skills
- 7+ years of experience in Product Analysis, Requirements Management, Business Analysis, or Product Development
- 5+ years of experience within Medical Devices, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or other highly regulated industries
- Strong hands-on experience with Siemens Polarion ALM
