[Remote] Slalom Flex (Project Based) - Sr Training Lead/ Instructional Designer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Slalom is hiring a Senior Training Lead/Instructional Designer to support a Salesforce CPQ and CRM implementation. The role designs and delivers role-based training, develops e-learning content, and supports user readiness and adoption throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training materials, including instructor-led training, job aids, quick reference guides, and e-learning content
• Translate Salesforce CPQ and CRM processes and workflows into engaging, role-based learning experiences
• Facilitate in-person training sessions and workshops for end users
• Create and publish e-learning modules using Articulate Rise and support deployment through Workday LMS
• Partner with project teams, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, practical, and aligned to release objectives
• Support user readiness and adoption efforts throughout the implementation lifecycle

Skills

• 7-10 years of Learning & Development, Training, or Instructional Design experience
• 3-5+ years developing training for large-scale system implementations or technology transformation programs
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce CRM
• Proven ability to translate complex business processes and system functionality into effective learning solutions
• Experience creating e-learning content in Articulate Rise and administering content through Workday LMS
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills, including delivery of in-person training
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, project-based environment
