[Remote] Social Media Coordinator

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Creative Circle is recruiting on behalf of an unnamed major retail client for a Social Media Coordinator. The role focuses on publishing social content, supporting reputation management and engagement, and reporting on channel performance.

Responsibilities

• Publish content across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and Facebook
• Support reputation management and social engagement efforts
• Attend cross-functional meetings as a representative of the social team
• Share platform trends and social media best practices
• Pull analytics and performance reporting through Sprout
• Monitor channel activity and social conversations

Skills

• 3+ years of social media experience
• Agency and/or brand-side experience
• Experience with reputation management
• Proficiency with Sprout Social and/or Sprinklr
• You must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need of employer sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa such as a H-1B, TN, or O visa
• We do not support or provide training for STEM/OPT programs
