[Remote] Social Media Intern, 2027 Summer U.S.

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Atlassian is hiring a Social Media Marketing Intern to contribute to planning, publishing, and activating social media strategies across owned, earned, and paid channels. The intern will create content and campaigns, engage the social media community, monitor trends, and analyze performance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Community, Talent Brand, and other teams to create engaging social media campaigns
• Foster and expand our social media community by actively engaging them in the comments and through amplification
• Create compelling content for our diverse social media feeds, from learning to write on-brand copy to producing eye-catching visuals
• Keep a pulse on social media trends and conversations to inform and enhance our strategy
• Analyze social media performance and offer insights for continuous improvement

Skills

• This position is not eligible for F1 and J1 students
• It is not available for any work sponsorship
• Previous experience in social media content creation (personal or professional) or social media departments/clubs
• Enjoys social media, storytelling, and being “chronically online”
• Be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program and returning to the program after the completion of the internship, graduating by June 2028
• You are curious and passionate about your work
• Please note: At this time, we are only open to entry-level candidates with less than a year of professional experience (this does not include internships/co-ops)
