Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TPI Global Solutions is seeking a Software Engineer to build and improve enterprise workflows and integrations using Workato and other AI-driven low-code/no-code tools. The role partners with stakeholders, designs secure and scalable solutions, develops APIs and custom code when needed, maintains documentation, and collaborates with local and international teams.
Responsibilities
- Build and improve business workflows and enterprise integrations using AI-driven low-code/no-code tools such as Workato
- Partner with stakeholders and end users to analyze processes and translate business needs into scalable solutions
- Design secure, scalable solutions aligned with best practices and business requirements
- Move between low-code and custom-coded solutions based on project needs
- Adapt to evolving processes and technologies while following change management standards
- Maintain documentation to support audit, compliance, and operational needs
- Collaborate with local and international teams, including travel when needed
Skills
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise integrations and workflow process automation, with strong expertise in Workato
- Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Python, Go, Java, or JavaScript
- Proven experience building modular, scalable software solutions and deploying them in production environments
- Hands-on experience designing and developing scalable, secure REST APIs using object-oriented programming languages
- Strong fluency in prompt engineering and in designing effective LLM-powered interactions for enterprise workflows
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
