[Remote] Software Engineer III

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The client is an Internet Content & Information company seeking a Software Engineer III for a remote role in California. The position focuses on handling product-to-SRT integration requests, building and maintaining review pipelines and system integrations, and coordinating with engineering and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Handle the growing volume of new product ↔ SRT integration requests escalated from MSL and other orgs
• Build and configure end-to-end review pipelines (e.g., intake → cases/enforcement flows) for common, well-defined use cases
• Adapt and maintain integrations as the underlying review systems evolve
• Coordinate closely with engineering and cross-functional (XFN) partners throughout the onboarding process

Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in software or solution engineering, with a focus on integrations / systems work
• Proven experience building software integrations between different systems
• Backend/software engineering skills — writing and configuring production-quality code
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with both engineering and non-engineering partners
• Ability to learn new internal tools and platforms quickly and adapt as systems change
• System integration experience (integrating new/acquired systems into existing platforms)
• Programming in Hack, Python, and Java
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience working within small engineering pods on tight timelines
• Prior client experience is a significant plus
• Experience at large tech companies (e.g., Google, Microsoft)
