Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. EPITEC is seeking a Software / Solution Engineer to integrate new products and systems into an existing enterprise platform. The role focuses on building and maintaining backend integrations and APIs, configuring end-to-end workflows, adapting integrations as systems evolve, and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Integrate new products and systems into existing platforms and workflows
- Build and configure end-to-end review and processing pipelines
- Develop and maintain backend integrations and APIs
- Adapt integrations as underlying systems evolve
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders
- Ensure integrations align with compliance and operational requirements
- Support onboarding efforts for newly introduced products and services
Skills
- 3-5+ years of Software Engineering, Solution Engineering, or Backend Engineering experience
- Experience building and maintaining software integrations between systems
- Experience working within complex enterprise environments
- Proven ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong system integration experience
- Backend software engineering experience
- Programming experience with: + Python + Java + Hack (or equivalent PHP experience)
- API and platform integration experience
- Experience developing production-quality code
- Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to learn new tools, systems, and platforms quickly
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining integrations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience with large technology companies
- Experience working in fast-paced engineering environments
- Experience supporting platform onboarding initiatives
- Familiarity with compliance-driven systems and workflows
- Prior experience working in small engineering teams or pods
- Previous experience with enterprise-scale systems and integrations
