[Remote] Sports Marketing & Athlete Relations Intern

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Electro is a sports nutrition brand expanding its NIL and social media team. The Sports Marketing & Athlete Relations Intern supports NIL athlete relations and community management, helps grow the partner network, and assists with campaigns, athlete communications, and branded social content.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning NIL campaigns around key dates in the college sports calendar
• Answer common questions and resolve athlete issues using internal guidelines
• Build strong athlete relationships through clear and supportive communication
• Track athlete interactions in our CRM systems, including Notion and internal tools
• Support athlete-created social content featuring the brand

Skills

• Basic understanding of NIL agreements (training is provided)
• Comfortable initiating professional conversations with new contacts
• Strong written English and communication skills
• Active on Instagram with an understanding of athlete content and audiences
