[Remote] Sr. ADP HRIS Analyst (Healthcare) Contract to Hire

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Divurgent is seeking a Senior ADP HRIS Analyst to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve high-priority system, data, and process issues across HR, Payroll, and Finance. The role partners with internal teams and ADP to find root causes, implement sustainable solutions, and improve system functionality and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Independently analyze complex ADP HRIS issues, identify root causes, and drive solutions from assessment through implementation
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to prioritize and resolve critical system and operational issues
• Troubleshoot payroll-related issues, including pay discrepancies, deductions, system configurations, data integrity, and processing errors
• Collaborate with Finance to resolve payroll-to-finance integration issues, general ledger mapping discrepancies, cost allocations, and reporting challenges
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve system functionality, data accuracy, integrations, workflows, and business processes
• Serve as a primary liaison with ADP, communicating business requirements, escalating issues, evaluating proposed solutions, and driving timely resolution
• Recommend and implement system enhancements and process improvements to prevent recurring issues and increase efficiency
• Coordinate testing, validation, and implementation of system changes across impacted departments
• Take ownership of high-priority initiatives, ensuring accountability, stakeholder communication, and successful outcomes

Skills

• Must have experience working directly with ADP and collaborating across HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams in a healthcare setting
• Extensive hands-on experience with ADP HRIS systems, including troubleshooting, configuration, integrations, and issue resolution
• Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, and Finance operations and their interconnected systems and processes
• Experience troubleshooting payroll processing, general ledger integrations, financial data discrepancies, and reconciliation issues
• Demonstrated ability to independently assess complex problems, identify root causes, and implement lasting solutions
• Experience working directly with ADP and collaborating across HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to manage high-priority issues and drive results with minimal oversight
