[Remote] Sr. Analyst, Compensation

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Novolex is hiring a Senior Compensation Analyst to provide advanced compensation analysis, market pricing, job architecture support, and program administration, primarily for hourly production roles. The role advises HR and business leaders on market insights, pay recommendations, and analytical support while managing compensation projects and supporting the organization’s compensation strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead large scale market pricing evaluations and salary survey participation focusing on hourly production populations
• Analyze internal and external data to make recommendations on pay ranges, compensation programs, and internal equity
• Play a key role in annual compensation processes (merit, promotions, incentives), including modeling and scenario analysis
• Provide advanced compensation guidance to HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition
• Conduct job evaluations for new and existing roles
• Support salary structure updates and contribute to job architecture enhancements
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation regulations
• Continuously improve compensation processes, tools, and documentation
• Present compensation findings and trends in a clear, data-driven format

Skills

• 3–5 years of progressive compensation or HR analytics experience - specifically in a manufacturing setting
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced Excel functions (including pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling, and reporting automation) with strong proficiency in HRIS and compensation management systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, and AON/Radford
• Solid understanding of compensation methodologies, internal equity review, and job evaluation
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field (preferred)
• Experience in multi-state compensation or larger-scale organizations
• Foundational knowledge of pay equity analysis concepts
