[Remote] Sr. Corporate Recruiter (Contract)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Karius is a life science company focused on infectious disease diagnostics. The Sr. Corporate Recruiter will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, develop sourcing strategies, partner with hiring managers, and provide candidates with a strong experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and build recruiting plans. Advise them on process, best practices and strategy for finding top talent
• Source top-tier candidates, and build and maintain relationships with them through every stage, from first contact to accepted offer
• Build a large, high-quality candidate pipeline under tight timelines
• Become an expert on Karius’s technology, culture, future products and their applications
• Use Lever, our applicant tracking system, to track and manage each candidate’s progress through the hiring process

Skills

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally on an in-house talent acquisition team
• Experience recruiting in a regulated industry such as biotech or medical devices
• A bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Strong relationship-building skills that make you a natural partner to hiring managers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for recruiting in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
• A positive, team-first attitude
• You'll need to be comfortable wearing many hats
• A passion for purpose-driven work and excitement about Karius's mission
• Startup experience

Benefits

• Work arrangement: Redwood City, CA (Hybrid) or Remote (United States). If remote outside of California, you will need to support West Coast work hours.
