Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Accenture Federal Services is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to support a federal client’s data-driven decision-making. The role analyzes complex datasets, develops dashboards and visualizations, and produces analytical reports and recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Develop dashboards and visualizations using Databricks, Tableau, Power BI, and MS Excel
- Prepare detailed analytical reports and recommendations for stakeholders
- Conduct data cleaning, manipulation, and transformation of large datasets
- Query databases using SQL for data extraction and analysis
- Apply predictive analytics or machine‑learning techniques when appropriate
- Participate in agile delivery processes, including user story documentation and testing
Skills
- US Citizen (Public Trust eligibility)
- Proficiency in Databricks, Tableau, Power BI, and MS Excel for data visualization
- Strong SQL skills for database querying
- Experience with data cleaning, manipulation, and transformation
- Ability to analyze large datasets and communicate insights clearly
- Experience producing dashboards and data‑driven reports
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and software development lifecycle practices
- Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States
- Experience with statistical analysis tools (R, SPSS)
- Exposure to predictive analytics or machine‑learning frameworks
- Experience with correlation analysis and advanced data‑quality techniques
- Additional Databricks experience (pipelines, transformations)
