[Remote] Junior Accountant (US Operations)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. GoMining is hiring a Junior Accountant to support accounting and finance operations for its US legal entities. The role manages payments, invoices, mining revenue and inventory accounting, reporting, month-end close, and coordination with banks, hosting providers, auditors, and advisors.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process payments across a group of US companies
• Interact with US banks, including calls, correspondence, and resolving operational issues
• Communicate with hosting providers in the US
• Track and process incoming and outgoing invoices
• Account for BTC mining output by individual data center
• Account for materials, equipment, and inventory
• Handle correspondence with counterparties and maintain financial documentation
• Work with the international finance team
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting for the assigned business perimeter
• Coordinate month-end close activities in NetSuite, including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger processes
• Ensure accurate accounting and reconciliation of mining revenue
• Support external audits and coordinate with local accounting and tax advisors

Skills

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Confident Excel skills
• English at B2 or higher
• Documents that allow you to pass authorization and obtain access to US corporate bank accounts, subject to the requirements of specific banks
• Attention to detail, responsibility, and strong organizational skills
• High level of independence and proactivity
• Experience with NetSuite
• Accounting or finance operations experience in US companies
• Experience working with US banks
• Knowledge of Russian
• Experience in the crypto or mining industry
