Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SECCA Search Group is hiring a senior legal recruiter for a fully remote role focused on legal recruiting. The role manages searches end to end, develops client relationships, sources and evaluates attorney candidates, negotiates offers, and grows a repeat-client pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Manage searches from client intake through offer acceptance and placement
- Build and expand relationships with law firms and in-house legal departments
- Identify, engage, and place attorneys across various seniority levels, including associates and senior attorneys
- Conduct in-depth candidate evaluations, interviews, and market assessments
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer processes to close searches efficiently
- Maintain a consistent book of active searches and repeat clients
- Execute searches exclusively within the Personal Injury practice area
Skills
- Demonstrated $500,000+ in cumulative billings over multiple years
- 5+ years of Personal Injury legal recruiting experience (required)
- Strong understanding of law firm and/or in-house legal hiring markets
- Exceptional relationship-building, candidate assessment, and negotiation abilities
- Self-directed, organized, and results-driven in a remote environment
- This role is not suitable for entry-level recruiters or generalist legal recruiters
- Experience recruiting for Personal Injury plaintiff-side firms preferred
