Irvine Technology Corporation is recruiting for a client seeking a Senior Network Engineer to support network infrastructure operations, maintenance, and improvements across enterprise and data center environments. The role focuses on managing Fortinet FortiGate firewalls and F5 load balancers, troubleshooting network issues, and maintaining reliable, highly available infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Configure, manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Fortinet FortiGate across enterprise network environments
- Support and administer F5 load balancers, including configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and application traffic management
- Perform ongoing network infrastructure maintenance, upgrades, configuration changes, and troubleshooting across data center and corporate network environments
- Support enterprise routing, switching, connectivity, and network infrastructure improvements while partnering with internal technical teams
Skills
- 6+ years of hands-on Network Engineering experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure
- Strong hands-on experience configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Fortinet FortiGate firewalls
- Hands-on experience configuring, managing, and troubleshooting F5 load balancers, including BIG-IP technologies
- Experience supporting enterprise/data center networking, routing, switching, network maintenance, and complex troubleshooting
- No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role
- Experience with Cisco Firepower firewalls is a plus!
