Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Motorola Solutions seeks a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategy for technology partnerships and ecosystem products across its Public Safety, Video, and Defense sectors. The role develops positioning, messaging, sales enablement, and integrated campaigns to communicate the value of integrated solutions and drive awareness, adoption, and pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the technology partnership marketing strategy — including which alliances and ecosystem partners to prioritize — and build the playbook and governance model that scales partnership marketing across sectors
- Lead messaging, enablement, and campaigns that bring partner and ecosystem value to life for customers and partners
- Lead ecosystem product marketing go-to-market strategy across three core sectors: Public Safety, Video, and Defense
- Craft messaging and positioning that demonstrates the value of integrated solution and AI-driven capabilities across core personas and verticals
- Be the voice of target audience definition, pain points, and white space opportunities
- Develop sales enablement and integrated campaigns to drive awareness, adoption, and pipeline
Skills
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position. (GC/CITIZEN ONLY)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related technical field
- 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing or B2B technology marketing
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives beyond core marketing
- Experience with partner or developer ecosystem marketing a plus
- Experience working with hardware/software or cloud (SaaS) solutions a plus, with an emphasis on public safety, security, or defense technology
- Strong communication skills paired with a data-driven, consultative approach to complex B2B solution strategy
- Demonstrated ability to both set strategic direction and execute hands-on — comfortable operating as an individual contributor with outsized scope and visibility
