They are seeking a Senior Software Development Manager to lead a high-performing engineering team responsible for delivering scalable and secure services for their products, while also developing talent and solving complex identity and security challenges.
Responsibilities
- Experience leading and managing software engineering teams building cloud-based or SaaS products
- A strong technical foundation, with the ability to engage credibly in architecture, design, and code-level trade-offs
- Experience leading teams that use AI-assisted, agentic development tools such as Claude Code, and foster their effective and responsible adoption
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on schedule and at a high-quality bar
- Experience partnering with product and design in an agile delivery environment
- Familiarity with modern cloud-native development, microservices, and public cloud providers (AWS preferred)
- Experience developing engineers and growing talent through coaching and mentorship
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive clarity and direction amid ambiguity
- Excellent communication skills, able to bridge technical and business needs across cross-functional teams
