[Remote] Staff AI Software Engineer

Anagh Technologies Inc is seeking a Staff AI Software Engineer to build and enhance production-grade software using AI-assisted development workflows. The role uses Claude to generate, review, test, debug, and refine code, while designing APIs and full-stack components and ensuring quality, security, performance, and maintainability.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance production-grade software using AI-assisted development workflows
• Use Claude extensively for code generation, debugging, refactoring, testing, and documentation
• Review and validate AI-generated code to ensure quality, security, and performance
• Design and develop APIs, backend services, and full-stack application components
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, maintainable software solutions
• Collaborate with AI-native architects and engineering teams to implement best practices
• Improve AI-assisted development workflows and engineering standards
• Guide team members, participate in technical reviews, and deliver features end-to-end

Skills

• Strong hands-on software engineering experience
• Extensive practical experience using Claude for AI-assisted software development
• Experience building and maintaining production-grade applications and APIs
• Strong coding, debugging, testing, refactoring, and code review skills
• Understanding of software architecture, application security, performance, and scalability
• Ability to validate and improve AI-generated code before production deployment
• Strong technical communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working in AI-native development environments
