[Remote] Staffing & Operations Assistant + Content Creator

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The DXN Group is a photo and film studio for weddings and families. The Staffing & Operations Assistant supports nationwide crew staffing and coordination while creating behind-the-scenes content for the studio’s social media accounts.

Responsibilities

• Match photographers, filmmakers and assistants to upcoming weddings and sessions
• Confirm availability, send crew details and timelines, and follow up until every slot is locked in
• Keep the staffing calendar, contractor paperwork and crew notes accurate
• Coordinate with the team in Google Workspace, ClickUp and Slack
• Film behind-the-scenes videos of the work: building a wedding weekend crew, the logistics, the save-the-day moments
• Hit a set weekly minimum of videos across two brand accounts on every major platform: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, Pinterest and Threads
• Spot trends early and turn them into content that feels like us, not like everyone else

Skills

• You already create content and have a feed that shows it
• You've managed social media for a brand, a club, a creator or yourself
• You love a calendar, a checklist and a problem to solve
• You have a great eye and you dive in without waiting to be told
• You're organized, reliable and comfortable on camera
• Social media is required
• Put links to your social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok and any others you post on) in your resume or LinkedIn profile
• Include a link to content you've made and one sentence on the trend you'd jump on this week
