Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Insight Global is seeking Remote Store Planning CAD Designers to support retail store planning. The role focuses on creating and updating CAD 2D store layouts, maintaining merchandising placement and assortment accuracy, converting change plans into final plans, and publishing data.
Responsibilities
- The designers will be drawing the layouts for retail stores making updates to merchandising placement and assortment on store plans using CAD 2D
- This person will be driving consistency with stores layouts and identifying any errors for accuracy
- They will do design work and space planning for retail stores by executing drawings which entails converting change plans into final plans and publishing data
Skills
- 3+ years of AutoCAD 2D drafting experience in space planning/interior design
- Personality is HUGE - need to be driven and self-motivated
- Previous experience working remotely
- Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, be precise and can handle fast pace work
- Strong communication, very sharp and professional
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- Dynamic Blocks - creating and modifying
- Retail experience
- Store planning experience
