[Remote] Strategic Account Executive (SAE) - Federal Employee Program (FEP) Specialty Pharmacy Program

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CVS Health is hiring a Strategic Account Executive to serve as the senior liaison for the Federal Employee Program’s Specialty Pharmacy Program. The role leads the strategic account team, manages client relationships and retention, and delivers reporting and cost-saving solutions in collaboration with internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Leading the strategic account team (including account management, and operations) as the quarterback and having full ownership for client satisfaction and service delivery
• Developing and delivering regular reporting to clients on their drug trend and financial performance and facilitating the identification of client cost-saving opportunities
• Offering cost saving solutions by utilizing your consultative selling skills while recommending CVS Caremark solutions to meet key client needs
• Formulating responses to program-related questions through collaboration with primary internal partners and Specialty Pharmacy Program subject matter experts
• Building strong relationships with key client stakeholders and, using your strong pharmacy and healthcare background, creating a collaborative environment of trust in the support that CVS Caremark provides related to the Specialty Pharmacy Program line of business
• Applying your consultative skills to translate program requirements into impacts on plan administration, member experience, and specialty pharmacy performance

Skills

• 7 + years of client-facing experience
• 1 + years of specialty pharmacy experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification/equivalent experience
• Adept at problem solving and decision-making skills
• Adept at collaboration and teamwork
• Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
• Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
• Strategic Planning Professional (CSPP) preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
