Fulchester Consultants is recruiting on behalf of a confidential client for a Strategic Advisory Director, Executive Growth & Operations. The role advises executive leaders and leads strategic growth, operational improvement, leadership development, and cross-functional execution initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Advise CEOs, business owners, and executive teams on business strategy, leadership effectiveness, and operational priorities
- Lead or coordinate strategic growth, performance-improvement, and operational-excellence initiatives
- Translate business objectives into practical plans, milestones, performance measures, and executive-ready recommendations
- Partner with stakeholders across strategy, operations, business development, finance, people, and project delivery to improve alignment and execution
- Support leadership development, executive coaching, change management, and cross-functional collaboration
- Identify operational risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities, helping teams resolve roadblocks and sustain progress
Skills
- You will bring significant senior leadership, strategic advisory, operations, consulting, or transformation experience, with a strong record of working credibly with executive stakeholders
- 10+ years of relevant leadership, operations, strategy, consulting, or project-management experience
- Demonstrable experience leading professionals, strategic initiatives, or cross-functional programmes
- Strong commercial judgement, communication, facilitation, analytical thinking, and executive influencing skills
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Leadership, Management, or a related discipline
- Eligibility to work in the United States, where legally required for the confirmed engagement
- Experience in the following areas will be particularly valuable: strategic planning, executive coaching, business growth, operational excellence, business transformation, change management, stakeholder management, programme delivery, performance improvement, and process improvement
- An MBA or other advanced qualification is advantageous
