[Remote] Strategy & Operations Manager (IC)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CVS Health is hiring a Strategy & Operations Manager (IC) to support the cross-business strategy and operations function within Diversified Commercial Solutions (DCS), an Aetna organization. The role partners with DCS leadership to run operating processes, advance strategic initiatives, track business priorities and financial performance, and develop content for internal and external forums.

Responsibilities

• Enable transparency of the financial health and progress of business priorities through our DCS management process, which includes recurring deliverables, reporting cadences, and select ad hoc projects
• Own cross-functional strategic initiatives, such as our cross-sell strategy, with end-to-end responsibility
• Identify opportunities to improve the engagement model with partner organizations in a highly complex and matrixed environment
• Create compelling content for internal forums (e.g., townhalls, virtual leadership conferences, senior executive leadership) and high-visibility external events (e.g., sales summits, broker engagement events)

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or a related field
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
• Experience preparing content for senior leaders and executive audiences
• Resourceful operator who demonstrates ownership and strong accountability
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
• Bachelor's degree in a business field such as business administration, finance, economics, and/or marketing or equivalent work experience
• Healthcare insurance industry experience
• Successful track record of collaborating with stakeholders in cross-functional or matrixed organizational structures
• AI proficiency and hands-on experience using AI tools to supplement work capacity
