The Symitar Hosted Automation Consultant provides specialized Symitar EASE services to larger-asset clients, serving as a trusted advisor and coordinating technical needs, integrations, projects, and process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact and trusted advisor for clients’ processing, data center, and complex technical needs
- Coordinate client and vendor integrations with the EASE Data Center
- Lead regular client calls, review strategic plans, and align Jack Henry resources for projects, testing, training, and deployment
- Provide status updates, monitor cases, and partner with the Customer Relationship Manager to support escalations
- Identify process improvements and future client needs, document solution approaches, use data insights to improve performance, and communicate opportunities to the appropriate sales team
Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial institution back-office environments or FinTech
- This position does not offer current or future immigration sponsorship, including H-1B or PERM
- Advanced knowledge of the Symitar Core
- Advanced knowledge of SMA OpCon Solution Manager automation and SFTP
- Outstanding communication, customer service, and organizational skills
- Ability to define requirements, analyze processes, and recommend improvements
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet aggressive deadlines
