The role supports day-to-day business application operations, troubleshoots issues, gathers business needs, and contributes to system enhancements, Salesforce support, Quorum Land Systems administration, and project transitions.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations for business applications
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate timely resolutions
- Partner with teams on system enhancements and upgrades
- Help maintain stability across key enterprise platforms
- Gather business needs and translate them into system solutions
- Assist with Salesforce support and process improvements
- Support Quorum Land Systems administration and maintenance
- Collaborate closely with internal teams during project transitions
Skills
- Experience supporting business applications in a systems analyst role
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or Quorum Land Systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well with cross-functional teams
- Experience supporting enterprise or business-facing applications
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment

- Oil and gas industry experience
- Experience supporting multiple applications
- Familiarity with cloud-based business systems
- Experience with system enhancements and new module rollouts
- Background supporting owner or land-related workflows
