[Remote] Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ClinLab Solutions Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support a client's internal recruiting team. The role manages full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, hiring-manager coordination, recruiting metrics and reporting, and candidate communication across healthcare, pharmaceutical, clinical research, and corporate functions.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting cycle from sourcing and screening through interviews, candidate submittals, and offer coordination
• Work closely with hiring managers and internal partners to understand each role's requirements, timeline, and must-have qualifications
• Build targeted sourcing plans to find qualified candidates across healthcare, pharma, clinical research, and corporate roles
• Keep multiple requisitions moving at the same time without losing momentum on any of them
• Track and report on key recruiting metrics, including pipeline activity, time-to-fill, conversion rates, and requisition status
• Build and maintain recruiting reports and dashboards in Microsoft Excel
• Keep candidate records and activity up to date in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Give stakeholders regular hiring updates and flag potential roadblocks early
• Keep candidates informed and supported from first contact through final decision

Skills

• Full-cycle or talent acquisition recruiting experience in a fast-moving environment
• Recruiting experience in healthcare, pharma, and/or a Contract Research Organization (CRO)
• Strong Excel skills, including tracking metrics and building reports
• A track record of building trusted relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Strong sourcing, screening, communication, and organizational skills
• The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fully remote setting
• 3+ years of recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for clinical research, pharma, or healthcare operations roles
• Comfort with Excel pivot tables, lookups, and recruiting dashboards
• Experience supporting high-volume or quickly changing hiring needs
• A self-starter who can join an established TA team, get up to speed quickly, take ownership of open requisitions, keep hiring managers informed with clear metrics, and build strong working relationships from day one
