Responsibilities
Understand current hiring needs and provide updates on applicant progress. Assist qualified candidates in completing carrier applications and ensure all required documents are submitted. Assist candidates in scheduling and confirm applicants for orientation, coordinating travel and lodging when necessary. Troubleshoot and resolve any obstacles preventing applicants from attending scheduled orientations. Handle administrative tasks and other responsibilities as assigned.
