[Remote] Technical Product Manager (Healthcare)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Insight Global is recruiting a Technical Product Manager for a payer client to expand its Conversational AI initiatives. The role owns use cases from discovery through implementation and post-launch monitoring, translating business needs into product and technical requirements. It also coordinates stakeholders and vendor partners, defines integrations and performance measures, and supports ongoing optimization.

Responsibilities

• This consultant will support the expansion of a payer client's Conversational AI initiatives by owning multiple use cases from discovery through implementation and post-launch monitoring
• Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, analytics teams, and vendor partners, they will identify new opportunities, define use cases, gather requirements, and drive solutions from concept through delivery
• On a daily basis, they will lead stakeholder discussions, facilitate discovery and requirements sessions, analyze data needs, identify dependencies, and define how information should flow between internal Aetna systems and external vendor platforms
• They will work closely with business leaders, engineers, data scientists, analytics teams, and third-party partners to ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives and delivered successfully
• This individual will be responsible for translating business challenges into actionable product and technical requirements, prioritizing features and enhancements, managing competing stakeholder requests, and helping guide multiple initiatives through the product development lifecycle
• They will play a key role in determining what should be built, how it should function, and how success will be measured
• They will also support product performance monitoring by defining KPIs, identifying data sources, developing reporting requirements, and partnering with analytics teams to build dashboards and measure business outcomes
• As new Conversational AI use cases are introduced, they will evaluate technical impacts, define integration requirements, and help ensure outputs are delivered back into operational workflows effectively

Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or a similar role
• Experience owning products, platforms, or business capabilities through the full product lifecycle from discovery through deployment and performance monitoring
• Experience leading discovery, requirements definition, and solution design for data-driven products or platforms
• Experience working cross-functionally with business stakeholders, technical teams, product teams, and external vendors
• Strong data analysis experience with the ability to work comfortably with large datasets
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience navigating large, complex organizations
• Experience defining technical requirements for new products, platforms, or business capabilities
• Healthcare/payer experience
• Experience working with Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, Care Management, or Population Health programs
• Experience supporting data integrations between enterprise systems and third-party vendors
• Consulting experience with a technology, analytics, or product focus
• Experience supporting conversational AI, digital engagement, or member engagement initiatives
