[Remote] Technical Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Innovative Driven is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join its Professional Services team in a full-time, fully remote role. The position manages multiple technology consulting projects, including requirements, planning, budgeting, risk mitigation, client communication, project documentation, implementation, migrations, and post-implementation support.

Responsibilities

• Communicate timely, accurately, completely and concisely internally and with our clients
• Define requirements and plan project lifecycle deployment
• Identify resources and schedule for project/program implementation
• Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning
• Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, and milestones
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
• Direct and oversee project team and manages conflicts within group
• Efficiently identify and solve project issues
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of SOWs, including assumptions, exclusions, deliverables, acceptance criteria, and contractual boundaries; proactively manage scope and identify when change orders or additional authorization are required
• Effectively apply Innovative Driven’s project management methodology and enforce project standards
• Minimize Innovative Driven’s exposure and risk on a project; demonstrate leadership to define requirements for project risk
• Monitor project spend rate, budget, resource utilization, forecast-to-complete, and remaining contracted hours
• Design and maintain technical and project documentation
• Awareness and alignment with other strategic projects and timelines
• Oversight on post-implementation support and enhancement requests

Skills

• Consulting experience
• A proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• At least five years of experience in a project management role
• Excels in a fast paced environment with limited supervision
• Effectively blend the need to be a brand champion, and a client consultant in order to support clients and sales
• Excellent written and verbal skills, professional demeanor, strong work ethic, and enjoys working on a team
• Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills
• PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum, or comparable project management certification
• Experience in technology consulting or Professional Services
• 5+ years of Information Governance experience
• Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Purview, SharePoint, Azure, or related Microsoft technologies
• Large-scale data/content/email migration projects
• Database concepts, SQL, infrastructure, networking, authentication/Active Directory, APIs, and cloud architecture at a project-management level
• Experience coordinating production cutovers, migrations, pilots, POCs, validation, and post-production support
• Experience managing multiple concurrent client engagements
• Familiarity with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or comparable project-management platforms
• A strong preference for candidates with a PMP certification
